The NLSARtraining Portal, available at nlsartraining.nl and its sub-domains (including the Portal, the OPC Runplan Manager, the Training Manual Management System, the Workload & Overtime Manager and the Exam module), has been designed and developed by Rory Schuttenhelm. He owns the Portal and is responsible for its management, operation and hosting. The Portal runs on infrastructure arranged and paid for by him.

No part of the Portal may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, reverse-engineered or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from the owner.
Authorised users receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Portal for the purposes it is made available for: training, checking and related administration for the NL SAR operation. This right ends when access is withdrawn. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Access may be suspended or withdrawn by the owner at any time.
Content entered into or processed by the Portal, such as operations manual extracts, training and checking records, runplans, question banks and personal data, remains the property of the organisation or person it belongs to. The owner of the Portal claims no rights to that content. Names and trademarks of third parties, including Bristow, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
NLSARtraining is an independent Portal. It is not an official system of Bristow Group or any of its subsidiaries, and its use does not imply endorsement by them. The approved operations manuals and official company systems and procedures always prevail. Information on this Portal is provided as a training aid without warranty, and the owner accepts no liability for decisions based on it, except where the law does not permit such exclusion.
Personal data (such as name, e-mail address, roles, training and exam results) is processed only to provide the Portal's functions and is stored on a server in the European Union, with backups in the owner's cloud storage. Access is restricted by account, role and two-factor authentication. Requests about your data can be made to the Portal custodian.
